We are making repair time schedule(Remove & Replacement, Refinishing) and researching labor rate which are needed to calculate repair cost for damaged vehicles. We provide reasonable and fair research results which are agreed with insurers, repairers and related body. As reasonable and fair guidance for calculating repair cost is provided, the insurers and repairers could minimize to dispute over the repair cost.
In 2005, KART repair time was issued officially by the Ministry of Construction and Transportation and has been utilized in a standard of calculation repair cost as a guidance. Since then, KART has been producing repair time schedule for a newly released vehicle and over 90% of repair shop in Korea has been using KART repair time.
